- 01This is a very wide range answer to anwser. At CompuSecure, we have many different services that we offer. We have around 10 main fields we go into for providing you service. They are Complete Computer Clean Up, Harddrive Support, Consulting and Training, Moblie Support, Tech Repair/Rebuild, Family Home Support, Gaming Support, New Business Support, Smal Business Support, and Home Device Support. Those all have thier own varity of many offered services which are provided. Best would be gettitng a hold of our customer service reps and they can assist you to get the proper service tou are requesting
- 02Reward Referral is a special bonus we have for our client that want some extra saving and that know someone that also needs some device assistance. All you have to do is fill out a form and you will recieve money off your next service and so will your referral. Don't hesitate there is no hidden catches, we are here to help you save you some money and get your device working properly again.
- 03We here at CompuSecure try to make things as easy for our clients as we can. For our booking we have a small precess we like to go by. 1. You can either fill out out booking shit which you can come to on every page labeled BOOKINGS or BOOK NOW, or on page contact subpage Booking page. 2. After filling out the form it will be up to us to contact your with the days you chose to have our 15 oncall appointment. (which is just a get to know you and your device appiontment, so we can send out techs with as much infortmations as we can) 3. We will set a day that works best for you that we can come and give you a full estimate of the cost and when we will have the service completed. 4.Booking done and booked.
- 04New Business Package is for our new business owner that are starting up a NEW business. Everything will be installed from the start, basically you will be getting to full on run down and making sure you are safe and secure to open up your network. Small Business is for already running companies, doing the upgrade, updates and maintaining a good safe enviorment.
- 05We at CompuSecure Do offer most payment methods. Such as: Paypa(*aa), Business Cheque(*a), Personal Cheque(*b), Debit Transfers(*c) E-Transfers(*d) and Cash. (*aa) - Paypal regulations apply (*a) - Business Cheque just be predated and approved prior services. (*b) - Personal Cheques are not always accepted unless approval by management and is cleared before service. (*c) - Debit transfer mostly for VIP clientele with registered account (*d) - E-transfer is the easier and quickiest of payment method we use. Safe and confidentual
